Cat Girl Program Analysis (CGPA) is a community discussion forum hosted at cgpa.isarabbithole.com, running on a heavily customised fork of phpBB board software, powered by the Rabbithole engine. This forum exists as a cozy corner of the internet for discussing cat girl culture, programming, analysis, and all manner of neko-adjacent topics, nya~.

For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of CGPA. "You" and "your" refer to any person who browses, registers on, or otherwise uses this board.

We are not affiliated with phpBB Limited or Rabbithole Inc. beyond using their respective software platforms. References to "phpBB software" refer to the underlying forum engine powering parts of this board.

Your paw prints — sorry, your information — is collected in two ways:

2.1 — Automatically Collected (Browsing)

Simply visiting this board causes the phpBB software to store certain technical information. These include session cookies and your IP address, which is logged automatically with every page request. We may also record your browser user-agent string and referrer URL for security and diagnostic purposes.

2.2 — Information You Provide (Registration & Posting)

When you register a purrfect new account, we collect at minimum:

• Rabbithole Engine — This board is powered by the Rabbithole platform at isarabbithole.com. Server-side page generation may log request metadata including IP addresses. Please refer to Rabbithole's own privacy policy for their data practices.
• Google Fonts — This page loads Share Tech Mono and VT323 fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. This means Google's servers receive your IP address as part of the font request. Google may log this per their own privacy policy.
• Hosting Provider — Our hosting provider maintains server-level access logs (IP addresses, request times, HTTP status codes) as standard infrastructure practice. These are outside our direct control.
• Email Service — System emails (password resets, etc.) are sent via a transactional email provider. Your email address is transmitted to deliver the message; it is not stored by or sold by our provider.

We hold onto your data for as long as your account exists and is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for moderation and security purposes. Here's a quick breakdown:

Inactive accounts (no login for 24 months) may be pruned at administrator discretion following a warning email, nya~.

5. Right to Object — You may object to data processing at any time by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, meow.
6. Right to Withdraw Consent — You can withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from email notifications) at any time via your UCP settings.

CGPA is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered on this board, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action, nya~.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental consent, per applicable GDPR provisions.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, nya~. These include:

• Passwords stored as secure bcrypt hashes — never in plain text.
• Administrator access restricted to trusted nyankos only.
• Regular security patches applied to the board software.
